About Us

Semtex Limited was established in 2015 by Matthew and Hayley Nieper on firm foundations of innovation & quality service. With teams in Palmerston North and Wellington, Semtex has over 200 years combined industry experience in plumbing, gas, drainage & civil pipelaying. As well as serving the Wellington and Manawatu regions, we also work New Zealand wide for a number of key commercial clients for specialist contract services.

Semtex core service is commercial & civil project contracting. Aswell as commercial & residential maintenance solutions. Our knowledge and experience of working within this industry is second to none and our dedicated and professional team is committed to serving our clients and providing them with the very best in service and project delivery, while maintaining excellent safety standards.

We seek to develop long term relationships with our clients and focus on providing results that exceed expectations. We stand by our commitment to complete all projects safely, on time, on budget, and provide support services after completion.

Our fantastic customer service team ensure the customer is always put first.

We have a health & safety team who are here to offer support and provide a safe environment for the Semtex organisation and employees.

He thoroughly enjoys leading a team of talented people in a complex industry, seeing success in projects, people and innovation. Married to Hayley, Matthew enjoys their family time, loves motorbikes and of course all things plumbing!

Hayley is the other half of the ownership team here at Semtex and really enjoys the diversity of helping out where needed across the business. With a nerdy passion for numbers since she was a child Hayley has spent 20 years in accounts. While spending time with her family is a real highlight she also enjoys a good catch up with friends over a (well deserved) wine.
